Welcome Friends!
Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to stop by for a visit!
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Sara Beth and I use this blog to share my stories and thoughts about my adventures in visiting our National Parks, the various ways I spend my downtime, my experiences with moving towards a low-impact lifestyle, and personal wellness. Combined, these topics help me stay true to my inner compass (keep scrolling to learn more).
I hope you stick around for a bit to explore the blog and feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have or just to say Hi!
I wish you enough,
Sara Beth

Just what is an Inner Compass?
Have you heard the term “inner compass” before? If not, you are not alone. I first heard the phrase while seeking advice about my future college major. I was told to look inside and listen to what my heart and gut told me was the right choice for me personally.
These days, I still consult my inner compass before making decisions and always find a sense of calm after having made a decision that aligns with my true inner compass. In fact, I’ve written a blog post about listening to my inner compass – just click the button below to check it out.
