I don’t let my weight or mobility issues stop me from enjoying nature. Instead, I embrace them and work hard to share with others how to live their own nature-based lifestyle.

Take a casual stroll through a city park, a scenic drive through a national park or forest, hike on a local trail, or even take a bike ride down an old dirt road. The most important thing is that you get to set a pace that works for you … and have fun!
